I would like to inform your company, that first I was not home when service rep came. Nonetheless not a problem, but I had an emergency w/wife at assisted living where she at.. In any event, I did talk to the service rep, and he said that everything look great in the crawl space. My humidifier was working doing it's job or something like that. However, I just received a Terminix letter stating that there is an issue concerning Styrofoam, not wood an issue. Note: he didn't mention it when I talked to him on the phone. Need to know where the problem is located. In any case, I'm confused w/issue after Terminix has been inspecting my house over 30 years and never an issue.
