Since we purchased this house in 2019, Terminix has rid this place of very serious infestation issues (previous owners forgiven, we were aware of the problem), including the most difficult, German Cockroaches. The Terminix technicians have always been knowledgeable and friendly. With Terminix servicing our abode we have since been free of vermin and insects. An added bonus is we purchased our home at a very competitive price due to the problems noted. 5 years of Terminix service has brought a lifetime of customer loyalty.
Tommy is a great technician! We only let him do the job. He is knowledgeable and thorough. And we rarely have any bugs.

I do not like to get a statement at least a month ahead of time ! AND, I do not appreciate getting numerous notices that my bill is due. long before it is due and before the technician has set up an appointment and inspected my home. The technician was very polite I have been a Terminix customer for years and have never neglected paying my bill on time !!!! My payment is due May 30 and will be mailed by May 15 !
