The office staff are always super nice when I call to scheduled my quarterly service. I will say I am disappointed with the last technician that serviced my house but I'm not going to hold that against how I feel about the overall service from the company. I definitely miss the thoroughness of the previous tech, Brendan and how well he communicated with me. I would always receive a call or a text. The new tech did not call or text, showed up early so I had to rush to put my dogs up and I don't feel he did as thorough of a job as Brendan did. I don't recall him spraying my enclosed back when it has always been previously done. I also did not receive my invoice or that service was completed until the following Monday when the service was completed on a Friday. Typically the job is closed out and an invoice sent/job complete email received before the tech even leaves the driveway. He was very polite though, so maybe he's just new. :)

I like the overall service
I have been with terminix since 1976 as I moved to the area I've had the service on four different structures and is as my family has grown. In the environment that we live of the lowcountry it is important to have a reasonably successful pest and terminate control on your property to prevent the overcome of all types of pest include an insects and rodents.
I do like the services and only a dozen times or less since 1976 have I had to have a call back between service to overcome the sightings of pests that were treated for.
