They are very accommodating and allow us to set the inspection at our convenience. Brendan Bailey is a phenomenal technician!! He has done 2-3 inspections now. This year, he discovered we have a potential plumbing issue. We got our plumber here within a few days. Sure enough, we have to completely replace the entire plumbing system in our home. If it hadn’t been for Brendan, who knows what would have happened. Thankfully, no termites!!
