Mark Smith came to our house. He was kind, professional and on time (I was a few minutes late). We always used Terminex at our last home in NJ and LOVED our Terminex man, he was part of the family after 14 years. I was so happy & relieved when our Terminex professional who came to our house was just as friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as our last professional in NJ. I was informed of the local issues with bugs and termites, all my questions were answered. Thank you

Mr. Simmons is great to talk with and he explains what he's doing each time he inspects our home. Whenever we have had to have termite traps moved or replaced, the front office and the technician that comes out are really nice. Never had an issue with anyone or anything since Terminix took over our account.

I was running late and Blake waited for me to arrive home. He was very patient. Blake did an excellent job. This was a return visit between regular checks. He knew exactly what to do to take care of my bug problem.
