I like Rich who showed me on my second appointment that it was roaches & not water bugs. He's been on time for my 3 appointments. He walked me through the different pesticides he used for inside the house, in the garage & around the outside of the house.

my experience with Terminix has been outstanding. Doug always gives me an explanation as to why he is doing the treatment he is applying and is patient in answering my questions as to why Terminix in Florida is so different from Terminix in South Carolina. I would not be staying with Terminix if it weren't for Doug.
