My last tech a few days ago did things I never saw done. He had on a back pack and sprayed the house down well along with several trees that had black ants mounds. Great personality and a great explainers of ants in general!
They usually contact me to confirm a time and date for them to come to the house for their scheduled appointment.

Doug was very professional and explained our contract options, and answered all of our questions. I asked to tag along for the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t mind the barrage of questions I asked. Our appointment was very late in the afternoon. His work was very thorough, and even though it was getting later, and into the evening he busted his behind. After he finished he slowly and professionally explained the contract and patiently answered all questions and concerns. Give this man a raise.
