The Supervisor ( Irmo & Chapin) that comes out to do my quarterly inspection & pest control are incredible. I did have a bad experience this year with the company with one of the workers. Being a customer for over 10 years and experiencing one bad experience I can deal with that. But after speaking with the company it been nothing but excellent customer service like always after I requested another individual to spray my home. The 2 supervisors out of Irmo & Chapin are awesome.
