Joel, Joel, Joel! This dude is a top notch technician. Always communicates very well, always does what he says he is going to do and always shows up when he says he’s going to. It’s ppl like Joel that make a company successful! Terminix’s services are great too but they wouldn’t be without the right people to perform the services. The office staff at the branch is great too, they don’t get much recognition but are very important as well.
