The techincian was better than arriving on time; he called to get permission to come a litle earlier than the appointed time. He was courteous and knowledgable and was able to immediately apply a treatment for a new problem that had arisen in addition to completing the regularly scheduled treatments. Anyone who needs pest control servioces will be going to the wrong place if they hire any firm other than Terminix.
