Walter was the technician who corrected everything the previous technician had failed to do. It was obvious that the other guy did NOTHING. I'm grateful we had no damage. It you had asked prior to Walter's work whether we would recommend Terminix it would have been a resounding NO. H-NO. Walter was dilligent, thorough, attentive and CARED about his work. We need more Walters in our world.
