I like that Pat Clark calls and schedules my pest control appointments (3) for the same day. I like that Pat is very punctual! Always on time! I especially like having Pat do my service. I do not like several different technicians servicing my 3 properties. I was very impressed with the young man (Nick) that Pat had do my last termite inspection at one of my properties. I have two properties up for termite renewal in August, and hopefully Nick will do those, also.

I love Terminix. When we brought this house 7 years ago it was infested with roaches. We called Terminix and after 1 month we have not had bugs or mice again! and if perchance something did make the mistake and come into my house Terminix came out promptly and handled the problem. Terminix is expensive but you truly get what you pay for.
Very understanding of my needs. Easy to schedule service and all tasks are accomplished when and how they should be.
