Our service man is the most friendly, personable young man. He is also extremely knowledgeable, and very quick to share information about any question asked. The office staff are kind and helpful, with setting appointments and with getting the on line account in order. As for the actual pest/termite control, whatever is used is working well, especially the fire ant treatment.
