Your employee, ( Joe ) that came out is very professional and helpful, he went through everything with me and my wife and took the time to answer any and all questions we had, it's a shame that your scoring only goes to 10, he should get a 15 at the least.
Customer service is excellent from inside reps booking inspections, friendly and obliging. My service tech C.J. was awesome, on time arrival, personal, and fully explained inspection results.

The technicians come when they say they will. They take time to check all the bait traps and go fully under the house. I would in the future like the humidity % posted on my invoice. This year I called and asked for the number. Great service!
