From the pleasantness of booking the treatment time with Ms Teresa Frye in the office, to knowing that we’ll hear right away if the technician is delayed on the way here, to greeting him at the door and being asked thoughtful questions about our pest situation over the previous months, to seeing him at work doing careful and efficient treatment. Then…having the confidence that our creepy-crawlies are totally under control, 99% eliminated, and any rogue escapees can be further squelched by one more call to Ms Frye and visit from the technician, if need be. In this case, and other recent times, it has been Mr Chris, with a colleague, and they are so friendly, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. Many thanks to each member of the Terminix team!

Their customer service. I always speak to helpful friendly representative when I call. If something is going on with my account they make attempts by phone, mail and email to reach me. I really like that I get an appointment reminder a few days prior to my quarterly treatment. Whenever I have any insect issues or concerns between quarterly service, they get someone out within a day or so.

Jacob has always been top-notch in his demeanor, attitude, and professionalism. Even in his physical presentation he wears his full company uniform, neat & tucked in.
While performing service he is respectful of his parking location, my yard, plants, and even my pets. At each quarterly treatment he asks if we've had any issues that need to be addressed (any pests inside, any other things we've noticed lately) so he can plan any service accordingly.
We really appreciate the FULL Professional service of Jacob and Terminix, compared to other companies where a schlub in beat-up truck, jeans & a dirty t-shirt halfway sprays & talks on a cell phone.
