From the pleasantness of booking the treatment time with Ms Teresa Frye in the office, to knowing that we’ll hear right away if the technician is delayed on the way here, to greeting him at the door and being asked thoughtful questions about our pest situation over the previous months, to seeing him at work doing careful and efficient treatment. Then…having the confidence that our creepy-crawlies are totally under control, 99% eliminated, and any rogue escapees can be further squelched by one more call to Ms Frye and visit from the technician, if need be.
