I’ve been coming to pool exercise for 25 years and also have used Christina after 8 surgical rehabs. The people who work there are very friendly and over the years I love the friendships I’ve made.
As an older adult I take advantage of the daytime fitness and stretching classes. Your instructors are top notch, and one in particular, Marie Jager, is probably the best in her field in this part of California. It would be hard to find anyone else so talented. You work hard to keep the facility clean and tidy, to find adequate space for us to work out, and to find new programs or one time events to create interest in new developments. I also like the opportunity to give back through the various fund-raising events. Thanks for all your efforts.

Classes are fun and challenging when I want them to be; there's usually enough options that I like to be able to find a class each day. I do also really like the e-gym now, which is a great option to supplement a class or when I want to work out on my own timing.
Love autumn and Rachel’s classes. They’re amazing instructors.

Wonderful specialized classes - Marie Jager’s yoga for osteoporosis for example. Great teachers and BEST trainers (John Milstead). Clean, friendly atmosphere - everything always positive.
