Swimming classes are awesome for kids. Instructors are great with kids, the class is 40min long (not shorter), location is great, the pool is clean and nice.

I enjoy the quality time each instructor gives each student. There are various slots available here to choose a comfortable timing. Most importantly, everyone is treated the same here. It's also affordable.

I love the aqua aerobics class and all the “state of the art” equipment Mostly, I enjoy all the friendly staff!!

This is hands down the best facility in the system I wish that the central y could try a little harder to live up to the example of south Valley. it is so nice to come in to a smiling faces!

Very welcoming, polite and friendly staff and atmosphere.

There is a variety of group classes available to match the level of intensity you need to control your own workout. I don’t feel pressured or feel the need to compete. Everyone I have met thus far since joining four months ago is happy and friendly.
