Variety of options
Can be individual or group
It is easy to join a water-exercise activity, and nice people in the classes are welcoming.
I admire and appreciate how the y reaches out to the community. They demonstrate their purpose noticeably well!
Outstanding early-morning TRX class on Mon., Wed., and Fri.
Activities/ classes are geared for different abilities, so it is easy to find something suitable.
Or if one doesn’t want a structured class, there is much offered.
The ‘Y’ helps children from preschool through graduation with swimming classes, summer camps, after school programs.
The ‘Y’ supports families with after school programs and child care while exercising at the ‘Y’.
If one is a member of the ‘Y’, one feels supported emotionally as well as physically.
The ‘Y’ is very friendly and encouraging.
I like the breadth of the classes and the frequency. I like how the Y has more than physical health offerings; it’s also a community center.
I like everything!!

Everything is excellent
Is great!!
They suit my exercise regime perfectly. Aquatics allow me to get a good workout but still not hurt my arthritic knees.
Lots of class options, friendly atmosphere, engaged instructors.
Large variety of classes and times. I do wish you had more early morning water aerobics; seems all the arthritis ones are early ☹️
When I work out in the mornings there aren’t too many people to crowd things. Equipment is good. Facility is clean. Staff friendly.
great folks relaxed atmosphere best gym i have ever been to

I love the TRX class, especially the new Wed instructor Tina! She's awesome. The childcare has been awesome for my kids! :)

Group exercise, especially classes with Shilo, Anna and Nika! Friendly staff, Janet and Wendy are great!
They are very accessible. Good instructors. Good variety.
I love the staff! Every teacher and staff member is warm and welcoming, very inclusive, motivating, you name it. That's number one. I also love most of the classes I've tried, especially the Zumba, which was a HUGE surprise to me (I am NOT a dancer!).
One negative only: not enough classes after work. I'm a teacher, so during the summer I had a great time doing classes every morning. Now that school has started, I'm looking for classes at 4:30 or 5:00 and finding very few: most night classes are at 6 or 7. I go to bed at 7:30 (I get up early!), so later classes don't work for me. Any chance of adding more 4:30 and 5:00 classes? Zumba or yoga or Bodypump?
Thank you! You ARE wonderful, and I've already suggested for two family members and three friends to join!
Friendly, helpful staff.
Many pool exercise programs offered.
