Friendly staff
I am over 80 years old and I love water exercise and equipment to help me my old body
moving every day. I believe it is necessary to keeping my old body moving every day.

The gym
I like the way that it fits me and my family program that I put together before we joined. Plenty of room , plenty of options, and the time I need to spend with me kids I can do it by showing them what it means to be physically fit. Thank you.
The variety, there is something for everyone. I think it’s important to try each program/activity for a while to see what is a fit. Then keep going back to establish roots.
There are a wide variety of classes to choose from and I really love our current Pilates teacher! Also like the Pickleball program. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
