Variety of classes and the people.
Pickleball is fun and a nice group of people. Good access to exercise machines, like cycling. Pool is kept warm, which is good for arthritis.

It's a great place to go to work out, as the energy is positive, welcoming and accepting. There's so many options for classes as well, including aqua and land classes.
I like the swimming pool. It is well maintained with right water temperature.

Good variety of classes available. Especially like CX works and TRX.
There are multiple programs and flexible schedules. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
The only complaint I have is that the pool water has been pretty chilly lately and is uncomfortable if you are not an active swimmer.
They are very inclusive and welcoming.
I like the classes and cardio room. I like the babysitting.

I love the Keyser Room. The machines are able to go up just 1 pound at a time and you do not have to increase by 5# at a time. When you have osteoporosis and fraile like some of us seniors an increase of 5 pounds at a time is extremely hard to do. Also These machines start out at very low pounds. I am not able to even do the lowest weight on most of the machines in the cardio room because I have an extremely bad back so I found the Keyser room my savior. I understand not all the Y's have the machines that we find here in the Keyser Room and that is the basic reason that I only use this facility.

I enjoy the pilates, yoga, other mind body classes and ujam! Teachers are knowledgable and motivating. Also appreciate access to the cardio machines.
