I like the pool and the many gyms
I take part in the water exercise programs. They best suit my interest. I have tried others but always go back to the water. It works into my life better. There is a lot to offer that I would like to try and will in time. You have something for all ages.
I like the covered pool. It’s the only thing I use.
Group exercise
Amazing place to workout with security to high level. Price is so reasonable that the family of four people can enjoy all kind of activities with no additional cost. Sense of community is there in all programs.

Great teachers, friendly environment, nice front desk, terrific classes and space.
I like the choice of group classes and individual gym machines. I like the class leaders. I like the clean restrooms and facilities, the leisurely availability o couches, tea and coffee, the politeness of the staff.

Group exercise classes have very good instructors and the Les Mills program is the same at all health clubs.

What more could we ask for?
Kids club, swimming, and elliptical equipment. For the kids club, I wish they didn't reduce staff at lunch time which means less space available. Also wish they didn't have the mid-day closing gap time.
