I enjoy the classes

There is so much I LOVE about this facility:
1) Lots of parking
2) Friendly/helpful desk staff
3) An abundance of classes to take/try out
4) E-Gym circuit is great for incorporating/tracking strength training
5) The treadmills have lots of app options for making cardio entertaining/informative
6) Sr. Fitness Class with Larry on Tuesdays and Thursdays are awesome.

Art was knowledgeable and very friendly. Every employee I've met at the Y has been super cool!

I don't use the programs and activities but have been wanting to get into pickle ball. Overall it's an amazing facility!

I really like the eGym circuit. It's an efficient and easy way of starting a resistance training routine.

The yoga class on Sunday has excellent instructor. Although not asking here but much appreciated to increase hrs to match mountain view facility open times. Thanks

I like that it's never too crowded; I never have a situation in the weight room where is no equipment available to use for my workout. Also, everyone is very respectful and honor each other's workout space. I also like that users of the Y are quiet and NO distracting cell phone calls or conversations.

The new weight training machines are very good. The aquatics and youth basketball programs attract a large number of participants. The staff are very courteous and helpful.
