I go to the Y Tuesday and Thursday early mornings to workout. I am there close to two hours and have a routine that I follow. I really don't interact much but say hi to a few.

the family y is one of the best things about living in this area. we love everything about it. if i had one recommendation it would be to have someone answer the phones. it’s kind of annoying never being able to get a real person on the phone.. especially when the front desk staff looks pretty free

The facilities are clean and welcoming, and the instructors I am working with are skilled and patient.
I would have given a lower score based on my experience with the front-desk support. They seemed overwhelmed with the new systems change and the number of people that needed support. I was signing up for the first time and the person seemed rushed and a bit impatient. I know the system updates probably put extra pressure on that staff.

It has been only 2 week and we don't use it on a daily basis, but so far is great. Small, intimate and very friendly.
