The programs suit my needs well. I go 3 times a week to a 20 minute individual workout on the machines and another hour on the bike and walking machines. I always feel good afterwards.

Do not use
Good space and plenty of fitness options. The equipment downstairs in the wood-floor rooms are great to get stuff done while avoiding the chaos and foot traffic of the main room
Membership pricing is a bit high, but that's a piece of constructive criticism that won't move the needle whatsoever. So here we are
Child support is amazing it helps us workout. wish the timing were more collaborative with the classes like from 4.30-7.30 pm.
Group fitness group classes such as Body combat, body pump, Pilates etc. In addition, the pickleball open play is great too.

I haven't had the opportunity to sign up for one yet but they seem very dynamic and interesting.

The people are there are very nice. I enjoy playing ping pong. I think there is a good mix of exercise equipment

The YMCA keeps you up with your exercises without exceeding ur abilities.. no stress put on u.. and keeps your body and mind healthy.. That's what we need as we are aging!!

I really enjoy Functional Fitness taught by Lisa. She is so friendly and knowledgeable.
I like that both pickleball and ping pong are available to play... both are great community builder activities.
I am gradually looking forward to adding more classes to my schedule.
