how diverse and accessible they are. From older to younger programming great for all genders, different backgrounds and abilities. You might expand outreach to the truly overweight, home bound, or isolated elders - there are so many in our neighborhood. If they knew there was a way to get to the YMCA easily (is it on the Google Community shuttle route?), and if there was someone there who could really great special needs clients - bring them to a special set up room where people with disabilties, overweight or very old could feel safe and have someone there to ask questions and watch them. This would be like the adult version almost of the childcare you offer, but to help people who are truly weak and any movement or just talking with someone in the room, is helpful to their wellbeing.

Nice facility, good classes taught by excellent instructors. The whole place has a professional and friendly vibe.
I mostly just use the weight training and cardio machines. There have been a few maintenance issues; however, long term support is very good, there is a wide range of machines and wait times are short. My wife goes to yoga classes 2-3 times per week.
We have an annual membership for paired seniors and it's quite reasonable.
Location is ideal for us.

I absolutely love the eGym. It has helped me get back into a (mostly) regular workout routine. I am not yet fit or brave enough to try any of the group classes, but another selling point for me when I joined was the number and variety, and the fact that they vary in intensity. All that makes the Y much more accessible for any health level.
Staff is always kind and helpful.
Very resourceful where we learn other important thing which strengthen us for example nutrition
