It's very appropriate for my age and conditions
So far, I am only using the eGym, some of the Cybex weight machines, and the treadmill. During the period I visit (usually between 11am and 2pm), I very much like that the machines I use are available, operational, and clean. I also appreciate that the staff are always friendly and helpful! Sammy trained me on the eGym and she is always happy and helpful!

Outdoor swimming is great
Facility is clean, saturday bball games are fun and the refs were firm but knowledgeable with the young players.
The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpfiul.
The programs are very well planned with excellent teachers to run them..
I have been a YMYW member since 14 years old in Jerusalem Palestine.. I continue my membership here at 92 ub aqua size that i participate in 3 times a week regularly year after year.
I hate to miss any of the sessions..
I also do the 0 machine exercises before the aqua class at 92.. Keeps me healthy and going at full speed.. Love is all.. from the moment I enter the building till I leave after the water exercise session, a good hot shower and Sauna.. all fit, refreshed and ready to go... energized, and clean... what better choice is there?...
None for me..I will continue my membership till the end of my active life..Thank you Y employees, teachers, and members who have become wonderful friends...You keep me active and going at a good pace at the age of 92. Thank you.. I love it.
Facility, group classes, staff
I really like the egym, unfortunately one of the exercise machines is broken right now, but when all are working it's a great way to workout.
We've had a great time participating in the Winter Y Ball program for 3rd grade boys. The YMCA staff have done a good job running practices, and the parents on our team have enjoyed helping to Coach the Saturday games. We'll be back again next January for sure.

I like pickleball times there and yoga body plumb class! I really like yo see pickleball court times in the evening in the future

Basketball and the swim classes are great
I love our Masters swim coaches and all the swim staff. They all go way beyond to make swimming at the Y the best.
The Y as a whole excels in every way from facilities to friendly staff, hours of operation, and number of options for working out, or just stretching.
I like that this is a program with an on-ramp for participation for kids of all skill levels.

We love it all.
However we have been unable to play Pickelball. The way Pickelball is structured, it appears more like a club and others from outside can never find court time. We recommend setting up sign up times so everyone has an equal chance to play.
Full 25m swimming pool.
eGym - gives very efficient and tailored strength program automatically
Ample cardio equipment - treadmill, elliptical, etc.
Kind and helpful staff
(I don't choose to attend any group lessons or classes so I cannot comment on them)
It isn’t a meat market atmosphere like a typical franchise or corporate gym
I like the gym and my personal trainer.
Very important: Building and equipment are clean and well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful.
Good array of machines, although we would like to have access to a "Total Hip" machine.
Functional fitness class is fun and meets needs of my older demographic with intermittent health issues.
Water exercise class is a hoot and a terrific workout. I hope to get back to it.
Monthly fees compare well with many other gyms.
Exercise area generally calm and quiet --not a lot of loud grunting or crashing stacks of weights.
Annoying cell phone usage is minimal (except rarely in women's locker room).
