We've had a wonderful experience with the girls baskeball program.
Swim instructors have been very engaging and professional, great experience for my 3 year old who was previously quite afraid of the water. He really looks forward to his weekly lesson with Ida.
The coaches and referees are so great at giving encouragement and instruction to the kids. It’s been great to see my kids develop sport skills alongside sportsmanship. Also Coach Andy is the best!

I like the senior fitness programs especially the Stretch and Mobility except it is only offered once a week. I wish it was offered every morning. I and ALL seniors need this class. WE also need Hatha yoga which is also only offered once a week. I had a very good orientation from the trainer (unfortunately I forgot her name) She offered to help me with the weight machines. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I am currently going to the East Valley site for the early learning program with my 3-year-old grandson--it is an AWESOME program that I wish we had at Central Y. I plan to enroll my other grandchild in the summer programs. Thank you for all you do. Sincerely, Name removed

Friendly environment, helpful instructions. It is boring to work alone by yourself. It helps to do excercise, when you have friends to be with. You make friends.
Clean and well- equipped facility. Susan is an outstanding trainer, friendly yet professional. I like both the machine weight and free-weight rooms, and frequently use the bike.

Variety of instructor lead classes. All the instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable on what is best with some of my limitations during class.

We attend swimming and our boys LOVE their experiences. Swim teachers Ida and Johnny are amazing. They are creative and help the boys develop new skills while still having a lot of fun.
