There are many programs and activities for different ages. Especially I love Senior Fitness very much. The places are very clean. Also, there are useful equipments to use. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. Instructors are knowledgable and nice to everyone. I look at YMCA just like my second home.
Excellent choice of classes, outstanding instructors, great value for the membership fees, and an incredibly inclusive community. Central Y is the greatest!

The staff that run.the programs ( and that lady that works on.the front desk on Monday through Friday @ 6am she is the best .
I love the outdoor pool, the great classes, the trainers, and the wonderful staff. Jill especially is a funny, warm and so so friendly presence that makes me glad to be there. She always brings a smile to my face! :)
I am so glad to be part of the YMC program is so amazing and effective my lifestyle and health has improved grately being part of the YMC program.Health is wealth and only at YMC you can get this opportunity of a healthy life.
I would recommend them because they are a very friendly group of people when you get to register they help you with everything you ask them it is a very clean place very tidy all the exercise

We are always greeted by friendly faces and there are so many great programs my son has enjoyed. He took a toddler basketball class and is now in swimming. The instructors are very good at what they do!
My favorite activity is aqua aerobics.
Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you.
The programs are great. Not like others gyms where you are just a number and dollar bill
I attend and enjoy Al and Jenny's CORE, RPM, and BodyBlance classes. Thank you so much for being there for us.

We love basketball at the Y. Andy runs a great program and we are happy to have an all girls league
The instructors are wonderful and the pool is great. I also enjoy the social aspect.
