Swimming in the warm water, I love heated pools
I have been a member for over 30 years. As I a cancer survivor I am grateful to be able to get to the Y for regular exercise. I am also extremely grateful to the staff. They work hard to keep the machines operable and to lend a hand whenever I have a question or. need assistance.

Love the trainer’s help in setting up a weights routine! Swim lessons for the kids are awesome, love that there are so many available times and that they are multiple times per week!
