I really enjoy the LaBlast Fitness class with Instructor, Lynn. Her enthusiasm and zest make the class fun and a good workout for all.

I like the friendliness of the staff and variety of classes with knowledgeable & caring instructors. The facility is kept clean and the equipment seems well maintained. I really appreciated the feeling of community when going to the Y.

I enjoy the availability of a large variety of equipment and resources. I enjoy multiple activities and this is a big draw for me.

Aqua Aerobic classes are my favorite! I attend 9 am classes as often as possible. It is good exercise for my arthritis with energetic instructors. Lu P. is so positive and gives a good work out all in fun. Claire is gentle, encouraging and has changed her routine to offer more aerobic challenges.

Nice warm pool and long hours. Wide variety of classes. The treadmills and stationary bicycles have a pool view and video attached to the machines.
