There is a feeling of community at the YMCA. I meet interesting people all the time.

All of the instructors are good, and some are spectacular like Randy for circuit training and like Karen Boehrner(sp) for yoga.

The place is kept clean, the staff is friendly, there is a positive feeling the moment I walk in the door.

I have enjoyed everything during my time at the Y. Especially Zumba classes with Tiffany on Mondays, and all the workoutequipm3nt.

Your staff!!!! The staff is excellent. From the janitors to the kids club, the trainers, front desk, and the group fitness instructors, your staff is amazing!

I love that there are multiple options for group classes. I love that there is always a friendly staff member ready to answer questions. The yoga and water aerobics instructors are professional and amazing.
I feel safe when I go there. I would absolutely recommend anyone to the Central YMCA

The classes I like are scheduled for multiple times during the week so I can always get into at least one if I miss my regular session. I like that the bathrooms are clean and bright and there are plenty of stalls for women. I like the informative wellness sessions

I like the consistency of members attending the classes and the interest that instructors take in your abilities or lack there of. As a senior, I appreciate their encouragement upbeat attitude.

Like the ballet and swim lessons. Good staff and kids are learning.

I like the handball challenge courts which allows you to get a game in even when you are not able to schedule one with a friend.
I don't like what appears to be an uptick in theft. I have recently been a victim and have heard others complaining that something had been taken (all of these have happened while possessions were left unattended in the locker room).

I love the people who attend the Y!
Amy is an amazing spin teacher.
The variety of classes is great.

Plenty of space, equipment and pools. Classes are frequent and easy to access.

All the programs are great at the Central Y ....I now do water exercise due to an injury. Most of the music is not eclectic. It is really dated. There are more younger people with sport injures who are trying the water classes. Let's keep them.

Diane F. is a good teacher but her voice could SHATTER GLASS. So many people complain but I do not think they write it down or nobody seems to listen.
