It would be nice to have mat tables in the gym area for stretching and strengthening. This would offer an option for those who have difficulty getting down on the floor.

The Y has every imaginable thing that you would want. Spin class, yoga, swimming, even child care. You name it they have it. That’s what I love about the YMCA there’s something for everyone, every age, no matter your ability, or style of workout. An don’t forget about the 24 hour access to a gym room. Love the Y.
I really enjoy all the acquaintances I've made at the Y. Members are so friendly and the staff is amazing. 24/7 and the pool are my favorite areas. Personally for me the support and availability to be able to strengthen and maintain good health is utmost.

I like the pool the exercise equipment the fact I can go there and feel safe.
First the front desk area, one word "awesome", they make you feel welcome 😊. The mobility class is again one word "awesome", the only gripe I have is shower 🚿 heads too dang good, now I have to buy one, that cost me 💵 😂, great staff!!!!
