Recently, I had a major capital budget purchase that I needed support with to meet a deadline. Mr. Smith and his personally became involved in the situation and saw to the end to get the company paid. Media Center furniture will be delivered at the end of the month
The accountability is real. The Business Support Center assists me with this accountability and makes sure we are following policy and standard practice. It is comforting to know I have support. Ryan Smith is available and accommodating to every request for assistance. He also educates me on the policies without judgement. Definitely a team player.
Ms. Letts and Ms. Silverman are fantastic. They collaborate with my team to address my concerns and ensure my orders are processed promptly.
