I like the BSC representative assigned to our school. However, I was very disappointed that individual was reassigned to another school. After many years working with this individual, I was very upset regarding the change. Robert Gray was an awesome representative and help.

The people at the BSC have been really helpful to me and my staff when needed. There are several people that assist me even though I am not one of their schools. Suzie Louisdon and Sheena Newton are awesome. They are people that I also call for assistance and they have always shown me such kindness and seem to go out of their way to help me. I appreciate all of the assistance and support that I receive from the Business Support Center.

My experience with the Business Support Center have always been positive. Everyone that I speak to or have meetings about my budget are well mannered, helpful, and go beyond the job description to make sure that I understand my budget. I have even called during off hours to ask questions to other employees with the BSC that are not over my school and my calls and questions are answered. I am very appreciative to the BSC.
Mr. Gray is excellent. He provides suggestions on how to use the budget to benefit the school. He also provides examples of what other schools are doing with certain funds.
Love the responsive of Ms. Suzie, she is an amazing budget support specialist.
Things are getting better as far as processes. I also have an office manager who worked in the budget office. That definitely helped.
