James is the mechanic who services my bike, and his work is consistently top-notch. He’s meticulous, knowledgeable, and always makes sure my bike is performing perfectly. Michael Hammer has built an outstanding business with a true focus on customer service and quality. Rich Svec is also terrific to work with and always provides excellent service. Most recently, he helped get my bike into the shop at a moment’s notice to make sure everything was running smoothly before an important ride, which I really appreciated.
The entire team is professional, friendly, and passionate about cycling. Highly recommended.

We bought a bike off a website as a birthday present. My husband tried to put it together and waited will the last minute to do so. The bike was shipped damaged. I ran to Merrick Bicycle and they fixed it for me in less than 2 hours. You saved my daughter's birthday!
My wife and I received a warm welcome and very personable guidance on choosing a new bicycle. We never felt pressured or upsold, and couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Art was extremely helpful and patient with us as we settled on a SE Basher in Blue for my 8yo. We originally went looking for an SE Bronco and Basher to compare the colors but Art explained they stopped making the Bronco which was replaced by the Basher. Art had the team make adjustments to the handle bar to fit my son. Definitely will be back to buy bikes for the rest of my family.
