After bring let down by numerous EV companies by no call backs or no at all we ended up calling Jet Charge and our installation date was booked in straight away. The installation was scheduled the very next day once request was submitted. Also the technician was polite and answered all our questions. Technician did a nice job with the installation which looks nice and tidy.

We had some technical problems with the internet connection which were a bit of a mystery. Despite this the lads were able to call for some tech support and made a follow-up visit the next day with some new ideas how to tackle the problem. We were up and running there after :)
