It was easy to receive a quote and the installation was quickly arranged at a time that suited me. The installers were very professional. The charger was excellent value for money. I had to call Jet Charge to discuss a couple of questions and it was easy to speak to the customer service officer and I was able to deal with her throughout the process rather than speaking to multiple customer service officers.
