The coaches really care about their clients. They seem to know when to push for our own good. The routines vary so we never get bored. They ask for our input when setting up a new routine. I've been a client for about 20 years! I've worked out with many trainers - and been happy with all. I'm convinced this concept is the best workout available - it's intense, but you're in and out in 20 minutes.

I've been going to the Exercise Coach in Lake Zurich for 5 years. It is a remarkable experience. Two minute segments on high quality resistance machines or manual equipment and then 5 minutes of cardio, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a killer bike. It's as hard, or easy, as you make it. Or try an elliptical. A really great, and really brief, workout! In. Out. Twenty little minutes.
Most importantly, the trainers are all well trained, really personable, funny and interesting. The facility is spotlessly clean. The location is ideal with plenty of easy parking. Try it. You'll be better for it. Really. Try it!
The coaches, Dave, Brandon, and Miguel are great. The exercises are tough, but brief.
It really helps maintain muscle mass, especially as one ages.
The studio is easy to get to with p[lenty of parking and it is kept very clean.
