I have yet to find a service/maintenance person that is not knowledgeable about the vehicle being serviced which is why, among other reasons, I have my vehicles serviced at Don Franklin Hyundai (2024 Venue) and Don Franklin Nissan (2015 Altima). I give exceptional praise to Emily as a sales representative for listening to my intent as a current lease holder and my future options for either purchasing the 2024 Venue I am currently leasing or leasing/purchasing a Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL FWD when my current lease expires.

They are beautiful vehicles and very reliable. I love the designs of the vehicles and this is the third one I have owned. I love the designs of each one that I have owned. I have always gotten compliments from people about them. I have always been treated good by the staff. Each time has been a pleasant visit.

I've been having trouble with a ram truck I bought from there. Well this last oil change and tire rotation service I had. A man named Jake has offered to help me get it figured out if the dodge don Franklin can't. Thanks Jake I've been fighting with this since I bought the truck.

The service guys knows who I am when I come in, even though I'm only there for routine maintenance.

Service department personnel were excellent! My service advisor (big guy) was personable, polite, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the “oil consumption” testing process. He alone is the reason I will keep coming back for future services.
The waiting room was clean and accommodating. My wife and I were in and out within an hour! My wife’s vehicle was set up for the 1000 mile reminder to return for the oil checkup. That small detail is very important!
