Nicole was fine and very professional, and I would recommend to others. But the office policy and not the staff (which was all fine) I do have an issue with. My problem is this could have been handled through message and saved me a COPAY. I did not see a doctor or get an exam or had anything new. I only saw her for less than 5min and she asked me a few questions. My PSA was great and my PMD had ordered and reviewed with me already. Just felt it was a waste of time and copay. Just charge the insurance and save the patient a copay every time they come in for a follow up to the same issue.
