The office is bright and airy. The staff is eager to assist you as soon as you arrive at the desk. The Nurse was friendly and professional, and Dr. Gerber is very attentive to any comments you may have concerning your medical issues. The entire office atmosphere gives you the feeling that you are in the right place and will be treated with expertise.
She explained things in simple terms that I could understand and seemed genuinely concerned about me while reassuring me that I was in good hands.

He explained everything in a matter that I can understand. He made eye contact with me and my mom. He had a very nice bedside manner. He explained everything to my Mom, but if I didn’t understand anything, he would explain it to me. In my language as I have trouble understanding a lot.
