Chris was a very nice man and a huge help in accommodating our needs and modifying a seat post to lower the seat on a bike just for a test ride! His help led us to purchasing 2 Trek e-bikes (that we love). He made several adjustments to make the bikes a better and more comfortable fit for both my wife and I. He also went out of his way to deliver them to us 25 miles from his shop on his time and he made sure the batteries were charged so that we could ride them immediately! We had visited several bike stores in Indiana including a Trek shop and had found no one that could help until Chris! Chris was helpful. He changed out two tire tubes in a timely manner on my older bike.

The first time I went was a few weeks ago. The tech worked on my bike for about 20 min and couldn’t get it to work right in the short time frame I had and didn’t charge anything. This time we came to buy a bike for my son and get my bike fixed correctly. Super helpful sales and repair.

Serviced three bikes. Very honest and advised two of them were in great shape. Nothing he could/ would do to them. No charge. Third bike needed minor repairs. It was done in two days. Staff was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Great job. Will always have my business.

First, remarkably good service! I had a garden cart that needed a new odd-sized wheel that I couldn't find anywhere. These folks didn't blink--looked it up in catalog, ordered it, put the tub inside and bang! It was here in a week. Second, high quality merchandise. Good selection, experienced sales people. A real gem for a small town!
