Business hours are convenient, and there has always been a bike tech on duty when I go there, which is nice. My repair work was completed in a timely fashion and the tech was experienced and competent. They shared my interest in older bikes and didn’t make me feel awkward for wanting to restore a 50yo Schwinn. I own a couple of newer TREKs (which I love) and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another when the time comes.
Diagnosed the problems, gave an accurate qoute and then fixed the bike. The bike works like new again!

The service manager (Devin) is the very best. Not only does he know how to diagnose a problem and then repair, he has patience in explaining technical information and answering customer questions. .
