Business hours are convenient, and there has always been a bike tech on duty when I go there, which is nice. My repair work was completed in a timely fashion and the tech was experienced and competent. They shared my interest in older bikes and didn’t make me feel awkward for wanting to restore a 50yo Schwinn. I own a couple of newer TREKs (which I love) and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another when the time comes.

Diagnosed the problems, gave an accurate qoute and then fixed the bike. The bike works like new again!

Devin did a great job tuning up my bike. Quick service, fair price.
