I love that I am always treated with respect and kindness by staff. I also really appreciate that haircuts are listed by hair length, instead of gendered cuts. As a non-binary person, I always feel seen and affirmed at Floyd’s.

The texturizing powder is the BEST! I love that it doesn’t weigh down my fine hair or make it greasy the way wax often does, but gives it plenty of volume and hold!

Location, easy to schedule services online and customer service. Prices are a bit too high which is why I'm tempted to often look elsewhere.
