Floyd's takes care of their customers. If you are not happy with a service, find another barber in Floyd's. Their shampoo and conditioner are great too.
I had a really great experience with Andrew at the mopac location. He was very talkative and did a fantastic job and really paid attention to details. My haircut I asked for wasn’t super complex, but he treated it was such care and it really meant a lot. I told him how I had a really good experience with a different Hairdresser at the same location and he told me that she moved to a different location and even let me know where she was if I wanted to go to her. I thought that was really cool that he hyped up another Hairdresser and really respected her hair cutting technique and I really loved that. That shows you that Floyd as a family and that makes all the difference in the world, as a customer. Keep up the good work!
