Joy is the most amazing person ever not only is she incredible barber but just her energy and personality is magnetic. She has given me the best haircuts and even saved one that I got from somebody else that was so horrendous I thought I was going to have to shave my head. I don’t think unless I move away I will ever go anywhere else except back to Floyd’s and to Joy. On top of that every other employee, there is so nice and energetic. I always feel so welcome when I walk in the door.

My barber (Edwin) is great and friendly! Knows exactly how I like my hair cut, is consistent, and will even give me good recommendations on new styles for me. He takes the time with me every cut I get instead of rushing through it. Great service at front desk too!

The only thing better than the high quality haircut is the customer service. From being able to book online through the app to the front desk staff offering suggestions when I checkout, this place is phenomenal. Joy B was my barber and I didn’t catch the name of the front desk gentleman. I love the MoPac location.
