I have been a customer of Floyd’s for over a decade. Princess has cut my hair the past 4 or 5 times I’ve been in. She is courteous, friendly, and most importantly, always provides an excellent Floyd’s cut that almost more importantly impresses my spouse with my appearance! Additionally, she has recommended great products so I can maintain the look.

First visit to the Austin Mopac location. I am actually from Phoenix and was traveling for work. Booked the week before with Frederico. Great barber and he did an awesome job on my hair. Attention to detail - he knows what he is doing for sure! Would return anytime I am back in Austin.

Edwin is an amazing barber, and has stellar attention to detail. In my opinion, he should be training others on how to engage customers and deliver a premium experience.. I rarely returned to Floyd’s over the last 15 years. It was often because I was unhappy with the outcome and the experience. Currently, I will wait days if need be just to work with this Edwin. I spent my career focused on customer engagement and the experience. You really should find a way to improve the rest of your team to this standard..put him in a place for sharing best practices or just a leadership role. He should be mentoring your team salon… thank you for asking my opinion

The stylists usually give great cuts and are very efficient with their time. I do wish the music was a little quieter because sometimes the stylists have trouble hearing me when we’re going over what I want.
