Gloria gave me one of the best haircuts and beard trims I’ve ever had. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to, which is important when spending a decent amount of time in the chair. I was seen almost immediately at my appointment time and everyone was very professional and friendly.

This was the first visit , the cedar park location, everyone there was fantastic.
The minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and it felt like old friends Colten was handling the front appointment desk and was professional friendly and pleasant and Kenzie was the stylist that cut my son's hair she was great and the cut looked amazing She and everyone in the shop made him feel at ease and it was wonderful. I only really like Jim, and the fact that you have someone to take payments and answer phones rather than bothering the stylists. Jim is one of 2 people in 35 years who has ever been able to cut my hair correctly. The price for the haircut is also right in my budget with tip.

I love going to Floyd’s and recommend it to everyone! That said, this most recent haircut was disappointing. The stylist cut entirely too short compared to what was discussed.
