For the first time I feel like somebody really listened to how I wanted my hair and really tried to do a good job with it. The last person really would just do what they wanted and it was frustrating to get home and have to wear a hat for a week because it was too short.

Great haircut - Kenzie did a great job however she may benefit from using a neck duster or brush to knock stray hairs off instead of her hand. My ears felt slightly battered … otherwise good haircut.
